Economics Instructor DM
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Economics or
- Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Economics.
Job Description:
This is a tenure-track position that will begin in August 2024
- The College desires candidates with on-going professional development interests, love of teaching, and enthusiasm for campus and College committees and activities.
- Love of teaching is primary.
- Prefer applicants with:
- Demonstrated instructional experience at the post-secondary level.
- Two to five years of professional experience in a business-related company, industry, or organization.
- Professional or community affiliations in business/economics related associations.
- Ability to teach an evening course if necessary.
- Instructional knowledge of or another learning management system (); and
- A commitment to students through exceptional teaching and learning.

- Pay Rate:
- A faculty member shall be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the contract with the faculty union.
Grade 2: Master’s Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the field $49,922.71
Grade 2+:Master’s Degree with 30 graduate semester hours in the field $52,479.32
Grade 1: Earned Doctor in major field $55,037.06
