The Coordinator of Stewardship & Data reports to the Executive Director and maintains responsibility for stewardship strategies and data integrity for the OCC Foundation. The Coordinator of Stewardship & Data effectively implements a data-driven fundraising approach to inform tailored donor engagement strategies and annual fundraising goals. This position works collaboratively with and supports the work of the Coordinator of Alumni and Donor Relations & Annual Giving and the Director of Corporate and Community Partnerships within a development program that is focused on building the major gifts pipeline and growing annual fundraising.

The Coordinator of Stewardship & Data collaborates with the OCC Foundation staff to ensure coordination and consistency in planning and executing to meet revenue targets. This mission-driven individual understands OCC students and the institution and effectively conveys essential messages while connecting with constituents and the community.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement donor stewardship strategies that keep donors informed of their gift's impact and encourage future giving.
Oversee management of confidential records of financial and in-kind donors, their giving histories and other personal information, assisting with data cleansing when necessary.
Use best practices research to determine the appropriate data to track within the database and create more sustainable and accurate donor data, continually reviewing and optimizing the data management processes.
Support the OCC Foundation's efforts to establish data-driven annual fundraising goals and individual portfolios for frontline fundraisers by analyzing historical fundraising data and identifying areas of potential.
Proactively determine donor trends and share insight with the Foundation team and key OCC leaders to identify opportunities to move donors along the continuum of engagement, focusing on donor retention and moves management upgrades.?
Develop reports and dashboards to inform staff, board, and supporters of fundraising activities.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university or foreign equivalency.
A minimum of two-three (2-3) years of experience in CRM database management.
Proven track record of identifying and evaluating data-informed patterns and outcomes.
A minimum of two-three (2-3) years of experience refining systems and processes within an organization to improve performance.

Can be part of the required 2-3 years in CRM database management.

Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
A high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
Ability to work occasional early mornings, nights, and weekends, as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Blackbaud software system experience. (Raiser's Edge experience strongly preferred)
Experience working in a nonprofit development setting.
Experience working in a Community College.
Bilingual in English and Spanish. English and another language will be considered.

Proficient in the full Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Dependability and flexibility in meeting constituent, departmental, and institution needs.

Additional Information:
Salary range is $48,400 - $60,500, commensurate with credentials and relevant experience.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, Professional Administrator (PA) position.
