The TEMP HR Manager/Business Partner (individual contributor) drives our mission by providing expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, employee retention, coaching/development, conflict management and ad hoc projects as necessary. Through organizational effectiveness, provides effective solutions to changing business objectives. Delivers key HR programs, practices, and policies to provide strategic consultation and coaching to the business, leadership, and employees.

-Provides expertise in one or more areas including employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, employee retention, coaching/development, conflict management and ad hoc projects as necessary.

-Provides effective solutions to changing business objectives using organizational effectiveness techniques.

-Delivers key HR programs, processes, practices, guidelines and policies to provide strategic consultation and coaching to the business, leadership, the HR team and employees. Partners with teams on projects and/or collaborates with other HR-specialty teams to develop and deliver HR programs and solutions to increase employee engagement and achieve company goals.

-Counsel employees concerning complicated work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.
