Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all Adult Education & Literacy program data, safeguarding confidential information, performing data entry, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring program quality assurance for compliance and monitoring.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain complete and accurate student class records and course history files to ensure data integrity and compliance with Personally Identifiable Information and FERPA policies.
- Coordinate the collection of data and the accurate entry of student records into TEAMS to meet grant reporting requirements.
- Attend staff development sessions regarding the TEAMS system as required by Texas Workforce Commission
- Assist and prepare for college and state monitoring visits
- Serve as the PII subject matter expert to ensure program and TEAMS access compliance
- Assists in answering the telephone, greeting office visitors and providing program information to interested students and/or community partners.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Dean of Community Education, Associate Provost/Strategic & Collaborative Partnerships, Provost/Vice President of Academic Affairs, and President.

Required:
Associate’s Degree.
3 years experience in data entry and records maintenance.
