$91,300.00 - $136,900.00

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Art Director leads the development of creative concepts for ad campaigns and content for various platforms, including video (broadcast, onsite, and digital), OOH, email, digital signage, social media, print, and collateral. With a background in advertising agency Art Direction, the Art Director drives the creation of compelling communication and content that engages and informs its intended audiences while driving business for our company. Working as part of a Writer/AD team or collaboratively in a larger group setting, this position conceives and develops creative ad campaign concepts, crafts client pitches, and provides conceptual direction and leadership for advertising best practices

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with copywriters, designers, digital and social media teams and designers, Art Director to lead and shape art direction and creative campaign concepts; ensure that concepts communicate quickly and clearly, meet corporate and client expectations, and are within meet property brand standards and budgets
  • Oversee conceptual techniques specific to art direction and creative ad campaigns. Lead others by sharing this knowledge, mentoring, and contributing to a culture of continuing education
  • Ensure all creative (traditional, digital, and social) is effectively integrated to support holistic, integrated marketing Be adept at evaluating, hiring, and working with photographers, directors, motion graphics artists, and other outside vendors to execute concepts. Be fully knowledgeable of industry best practices in all areas
  • Take a leadership role in partnering with brand teams, social teams as well as other stakeholders to create conceptual advertising campaigns and content ideas
  • Provide strategic insights in property client meetings; utilize critical thinking and conceptual solutions based on global trends and company positioning
  • Be fully knowledgeable of and diligent in ensuring that property brand standards are maintained across all project platforms: traditional, digital, and social.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 2+ Years of Prior RelevantExperience
