The University of Michigan has an exciting and enriching opportunity available for a responsible, organized, and motivated individual. Our office is hiring a Research Technician Intermediate to work on a long running stroke research project. NOTE: THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS.
Responsibilities*
Required Qualifications*
High school or equivalent and/or associate. 1-2 years of experience.
Desired Qualifications*
Bilingual (Spanish/English) to serve Spanish-speaking population. Research experience and/or minimum of 2 years college, LVN or other medical degree.
Modes of Work
The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence. Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan.
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.

This position is term-limited for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability funding.
