Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and enhancing our organizational culture. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for talent management. The Human Resources Manager will oversee various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient tracking.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee development programs.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing conflict management support and guidance to staff.
  • Conduct research data collection to inform HR decisions and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Utilize HR software such as Paychex and Workday for payroll processing and employee management.
  • Lead initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related field.
  • Strong interviewing skills with a focus on identifying top talent.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems, including Paychex and Workday.
  • Knowledge of succession planning, conflict management, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively for informed decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $90,079.00 - $97,260.00 per year

Ability to Commute:

  • Seattle, WA 98104 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Seattle, WA 98104: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
