We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Mechanical Engineer with five plus years of experience. The successful individual will have experience in the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for hospital, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. In addition, the individual should be comfortable consulting to architectural practices and have a desire to work on a multi-discipline engineering team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Approximate Base Salary -$90,000.00 - $130,000.00based on experience.
• Potential signing bonus based on experience.
• Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
• Generous end of year discretionary bonus based oncompany/team/personal performance.
• Hybrid Work Schedule (subject to change).
• 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong knowledge of Mechanicalengineering and construction practices
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).
• Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).
• Able to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.
• Work independently.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• BS in mechanical engineering or related field from an accredited college (required).
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in California (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience executing HVAC and plumbing designs.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting engineering experience in the Architectural. Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Industry (preferred)
• Familiarity with relevant codes: mechanical, energy, plumbing.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience working in a collaborate team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Expected Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00
