Geosyntec Consultants has an exciting opportunity for an Early-Career Recruiter to join our growing Corporate Talent Acquisition team. The option to work from any of our United States office locations in our Central or West Regions such as San Diego, Sacramento, Davis, Ventura, Costa Mesa (Orange County), or Oakland, CA or a hybrid or remote work schedule from any location in our Central or West Region of the United States may be available at the Company's discretion. In this position you will help us to enhance our current college recruitment processes while playing an integral role in attracting entry level college talent to Geosyntec.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Help develop and implement Geosyntec's overall campus program approach;
  • Evaluate and recommend top tier schools to attend;
  • Organize and implement on campus events for fall and spring recruitment sessions along with other special college events;
  • Establish and manage relationships with Career Service Centers at colleges/universities;
  • Partner with University programs to establish candidate pipelines;
  • Provide support and consultation to Managers on the college recruitment process and best practices;
  • Assist in development of marketing and advertising material for campus events;
  • Serve as a point of contact internally and externally for college events;
  • May assist in distribution of displays and materials for events;
  • May occasionally attend campus events during peak recruitment seasons (typically January- March and September- October);
  • Coordinate Company representatives for college events;
  • Develop job postings for our Company career page and promote job openings on College career sites;
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment on intern and entry-level job openings; and
  • Help establish and maintain the national college recruitment annual budget.
Education and Licensure

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. (preferred)
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
  • College recruitment experience. (preferred)
  • Experience recruiting in the Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) Consulting industry. (preferred)
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System. (required).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. (required)
  • Must be able to work with a high sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible and creative within a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments and deadlines.
  • A solid understanding of US employment law and OFCCP. (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. (required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven relationship-building ability. (required)
  • Ability to travel as needed. (required)
  • Valid US driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)

Below are the potential compensation ranges that we in good faith believe are applicable for this role at the time of this posting and are only applicable for jobs to be performed in the specified California locations below. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec's total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.

  • Minimum Salary: $58,195 / Maximum Salary: $81,475 (Ventura)
  • Minimum Salary: $60,965 / Maximum Salary: $85,350 (Davis, Orange County, Sacramento, San Diego)
  • Minimum Salary: $63,735 / Maximum Salary: $89,230 (Oakland)
