This person will be an integral part of our AI/ML product team, developing and implementing machine learning models as well as analyzing and interpreting large data sets.This role will focus on data analytics, machine learning, and also Python expertise contributions. This role will assist in telling stories using data, creating necessary reporting and data visualization to drive change and support business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and interpret large-scale datasets from external sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that directly impact business strategies and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business recommendations, driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and data-driven solutions to optimize processes, improve performance, and support product innovation.
• Maintain and apply strong understanding of business practices to effectively fulfill responsibilities while working on multiple high-priority tasks
• Participate in scrum agile development process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in data analytics, with a focus on large datasets.
• 5+ years' Machine Learning experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Expertise in Python for data analysis and familiarity with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Ability to generate and communicate insights through data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Knowledge of creating RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF) for communication between the front-end and back-end is a plus
• Ability toquickly learn new technology and apply knowledge tosolve technical and business problems

COMPENSATION: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to bean annual salary of$156,000 to $165,000.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
